Warning: your creatine might not be real [free report inside]
What happens when popular products actually get tested.
🏁 Not all supplements are what they claim to be. Sometimes that means inaccurate doses. Sometimes it means ingredients that aren’t even present at all. And unless you send products to a lab yourself, there’s usually no way to know.
In my professional role as Head of Science at SuppCo, we recently launched a program to change that, starting with creatine.

We ran third-party testing on 11 of the most popular creatine products, including both powders and gummies. The results? Honestly, they were wild.
✅ Some products passed with flying colors. Others, especially in gummy form, were shockingly underdosed or completely fake. One product would require you to eat 2,000 gummies to get a real dose.
I’m sharing the full PDF report here because I believe this kind of transparency should be available to everyone.
